Run T-0220 rejected

· Evidence: SPRT Sequential probability ratio test. Games are played until the accumulated evidence reaches one of two bounds; then the test stops.

Hypothesis

For non-promotion quiet killer and counter moves that futility pruning would discard but history and SEE Static exchange evaluation: an estimate of the material outcome of a capture sequence on one square, without searching. allow, the veto is changed across all node types. The move and the legal countermove from history are executed, followed by a grandchild quiescence search with a null window at alpha. Only a score above alpha releases the move for regular search, otherwise it is discarded as before; this change is expected to make the engine play stronger.
