· Evidence: SPRT Sequential probability ratio test. Games are played until the accumulated evidence reaches one of two bounds; then the test stops.

Hypothesis

Configurable 50 ms move overhead and a per-move cap of half the remaining clock should reduce time forfeits by preserving transmission reserve and preventing single searches from exhausting the clock.
